Daily schedule
Every day will follow the same structure: sessions divided by work stations in the morning and team play in the afternoon.
- 09:15h Getting to the sports facilities.
- 09:30h First workstation: Individual foundations, physical preparation, or step studies.
- 10:15h Second workstation: Individual foundations, physical preparation, or step studies.
- 11:00h Third workstation: Individual foundations, physical preparation, or step studies.
- 11:45h Fourth workstation: Individual foundations, physical preparation, or step studies.
- 12:30h Fifth workstation: Individual foundations, physical preparation, or step studies.
- 13:15 Spare time.
- 14:00h Meals tailored by nutritionists according to the needs of each session.
- 16:00h Tactical session/ physical preparation.
- 17:00h Tactical session/ physical preparation.
- 17:45h Stretching exercises.
- 18:00h Extra sessions
- 18:30h Videos or talks on nutrition, refereeing or sports coaching.
- 21:15h Dinner
- 23:00 Time to go to bed!
The last day, there will be an Open Day from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the participants’ family members.
